  2. Vouchers

1. Subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the Terms of Use at www.vcmotodesign.com, you may purchase Vouchers of specific monetary values.
2. VC MOTODESIGN will offer pre-negotiated deals on specific products or services at discounted prices for a particular region or location. Voucher purchases will be governed by these Terms of Offer for Sale and any additional Vendor terms.
3. Each Voucher will contain redemption instructions. Vouchers may include an offer period or expiry date—please use them accordingly. Unless otherwise specified, you will not receive any cash-back or credit for any unredeemed value of a Voucher past its expiration. Vouchers are specific to selected products or services (e.g., motorcycle accessories, riding gear, luggage) and cannot be used for any other products/services or combined with other offers.
4. All Vouchers are non-refundable, whether redeemed or not. Only one Voucher may be used per transaction.
5. VC MOTODESIGN and the Vendors are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or destroyed Vouchers.

1. Ever Bravo Private Limited, via the Website, offers a variety of branded products and merchandise at set prices. Product purchases are subject to these Terms of Offer for Sale and any additional terms provided by the Vendor.
2. VC MOTODESIGN offers shipping for all products listed on the Website as per its shipping policy, which is subject to change without notice. Any applicable Octroi charges are covered by VC MOTODESIGN and not borne by the User.
3. All products are covered by warranties as provided by the respective brands or manufacturers. If any seller warranty is applicable, it will be specifically mentioned in the product details.

  4. Services

1. You are solely responsible for your use of services purchased through the Website. VC MOTODESIGN is not liable for your actions in this regard.
2. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable Indian law.
3. You agree that VC MOTODESIGN is not responsible for any issues arising from non-payment or deficient payment toward services purchased on the Website.
4. VC MOTODESIGN does not offer refunds on services unless there is an error during purchase or redemption directly caused by VC MOTODESIGN.

  5. Pricing Information

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source.

  6. Delivery of Product

1. Your shipping address and pin code will be verified before you complete the purchase. If your location is not serviceable, we may ask for an alternate address.
2. VC MOTODESIGN is not responsible for non-delivery if your area is not covered by its delivery partners or Vendors.
3. For multiple orders in one transaction, we will try to ship all items together, but this may not always be possible. All products in a single transaction will be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, place separate orders.

  7. Governing Law

1. These Terms of Offer for Sale shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or transactions through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
